The 410sf home is asking $264,000. Curbed offers: &#8220;Historic rental complex <a href="http://ny.curbed.com/tags/cobble-hill-towers">Cobble Hill Towers</a> has been undergoing a sometimes controversial conversion, and there are some units on the market for outsiders, like this studio.
