As previously reported, it was <span style="font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;"> </span><a style="font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;" href="http://brooklynheightsblog.com/archives/54016">announced on January 15</a><span style="font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;"> several BPL branches would be impacted as the system shifts to digital media and services.
