On Friday night, Mrs. Fink got into an interesting “conversation”, about babies in bars, with two rapscallions enjoying weekend kickoff tipple at the Custom House on Montage Street. She argued that the establishment is more pub/restaurant than a bar in the sense of Atlantic Avenue’s Last Exit or Manhattan’s late lamented Max Fish.
